My name is Fiona and I am a secondary media and photography teacher currently living and working in Tasmania. I am obsessed with travelling the globe, Hello Kitty and renovating. I travel solo most of the time and really enjoy the freedom that it brings.
I am thirty10 years old – the one after 39, shhh we don’t use the f-word – and have travelled so much that I felt it was time to share the lessons I have learned with like-minded travellers. I might also be having a midlife crisis, but I am sure this blog and my passion for travelling will be the cure.
In November 2017 I had a level 1 spinal fusion and all I could think about was when I could sit comfortably on a plane again. So I hope that you will join me on a travelling, renovating and rehabilitation journey.
